Custom Fabric Blend Development
The Kallan Difference. We work with fabric mills to develop custom fabric blends for each design. This allows us to tailor properties like weight, breathability, wrinkle resistance, or stretch to perfectly suit the garment's purpose.
Testing & Refinement
Prototypes undergo rigorous washing, wear, and tear tests to ensure they hold up to everyday wear.
We then review the final samples internally and make any necessary adjustments before production begins.
